Needed some stainless steel parts electropolished. Service I've had done regularly outside of Texas. Pre-fabricated stainless pieces already prepped for electropolishing. Guy that takes my call responds with "I'm not sure you know what electropolishing is, its not just something you simply dip in a solution to make something look pretty" Never even asked what the material was. Almost couldn't believe what I was hearing. Taking my business somewhere else.
