My experience with the agent, Janelle's schlitter very disappointing. They were extremely unfair towards the tenant and seemed to always side with the owner, regardless of the situation or facts presented. Efficient, full of knowledge and kept our property to a high, well maintained standard throughout the 2 years we have worked with them. Would not recommend I got landed with huge rates bill, as my email was not responded to. I now have another agent for the past 6 months. I have received another un paid pool bill. Do the research don't waste your time and money.
