Jacqui is amazing. I have been renting through her for years now. Anytime anything needs fixing she is very prompt and gets it sorted straight away. I find her very personable and easy to deal with.
Jacqui did a valuation on my home when I was refinancing. She was very friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. In the past she has helped me with leasing and she was brilliant. I highly recommend
My experience with the agent, Janelle's schlitter very disappointing. They were extremely unfair towards the tenant and seemed to always side with the owner, regardless of the situation or facts presented. Communication was biased with little to no effort made to understand or support the tenant’s perspective. It often felt like any concerns raised were dismissed without proper consideration. Would not recommend I got landed with huge rates bill, as my email was not responded to. I now have another agent for the past 6 months. I have received another un paid pool bill. Do the research don't waste your time and money.
