Fin is on a manhattan level I am a lover of sushi and unique recipes. Fin is absolutely incredible. The sushi at this restaurant is not only some of the freshest but honestly, some of the best and most creative I have ever eaten. in my personal opinion, the red snapper and truffle tuna are worth the trip alone. in addition to those dishes, you must taste even the most simple and basic items. spicy tuna, fatty tuna etc. - they are on par with places like Tao. five stars, easily
