Excellent customer service- an item was out of stock so I left a voicemail with the company & Curtis called me back quickly, was so nice and even expedited shipping to get the tail to her by her birthday. We’ve had several of these tails for years. They’re beautiful and they help my young competitive swimmers with their dolphin kicks and water feel.
Mermaid tail pilling after one wear and no answer from the compagny I do kids birthday parties and I bought the tail for évents and to do a mermaid animation I can’t even use it anymore 🥲
Got the rainbow fantasy tail and it’s perfect.
