Dirk and his guys have done several projects for me. One of those were for a restaurant on an overhead compartment. Magnificent build! His communication, timeliness on scheduling, quality of the build and just the all around structure of being a personable business owner that takes care of business is a wonderful asset. One of the employees at this company, Dirk, had ACL tickets and was in contact with one of my friends about purchasing them. After my friend agreed to meet up him and spent an hour driving, just to have Dirk block him and not answer any of his messages. If this is how he acts on a personal level, I fear to think how he functions on a business level. Reliability and communication is what you want from a business, and it doesn't look like this company has either.
