Amazing customer service! Purchased a new 6 zone indexing valve to replace one that the sun finally destroyed. The system didn’t see to have as much pressure. Called them up and they walked me through troubleshooting the issue. Suggested I get a low flow stem from them and if that worked to send back the regular one and they’d refund the money. Old school customer service and a pleasure to deal with. Use them for all the sprinkler needs you may have.
I've had great luck with my Fimco 4 zone indexing valve, except that our Florida sun can eat away at the plastic causing leaks. Fimco has been excellent in standing behind their product. They helped me switch to a metal top (a great upgrade, the indexing valve works much better) then replaced the plastic body when they could have denied the claim. They make a great product and do a 1st class job of standing behind it.
I originally ordered the wrong size sprinkler part, but Kristina was incredibly helpful. She communicated promptly and made the replacement process smooth and hassle-free, I couldn’t be happier with the customer service provided. Highly recommend this business for anyone needing sprinkler parts – they genuinely care about their customers!
I bought my first 6 zone index valve 25 years ago. Bought my 2nd 12 years ago. I have 187 sprinkler heads, non-pop-up and rotating heads on two 6 zone index valves Fimco is the best in the business , with just a little routine maintenance the products will last a life time.
