Prompt, efficient, excellent quality
Trying to check on my order status. Website shows shipped and FedEx tracking number. FedEx says it is an INVALID tracking number. Looks like I got hosed with this outfit.
2 weeks ago I called them to let them know they sent me the wrong filters they still have not sent me a return label I am really upset with this company
Moved into a condo last year and had the HVAC replaced. After nearly 9 months remembered hadn't replaced the filter. Started looking for them locally. Lowes didn't have them. Won't buy from any Home Depot (another story). Searched online and found very few sources for my filter, 16x25x4½ MERV-11. Best prices at Filters4Life but scary reviews. One even described how the reviewer tried calling multiple times to follow up on order and never spoke with anyone and never got call back. Decided to try calling and see if I got throu... read more
