Ordered filters for my HVAC unit as well as for in home registers. Received excellent service, very quick delivery and excellent quality product. This business is very professional and have recommended them to friends and family.
Special ordered filters, received wrong size. Invoice states no returns on special orders. However the representative of the company offered half off on order. The representative was so kind and he in fact he went beyond his duty to help me. I will be doing business with the company again in the future.
