I purchased 8 of these 16x24x1 filters only to find out they were significantly smaller than advertised. The actual size measured approximately 15.3x24x1, which is more than half an inch shorter than the labeled size, so the filters did not fit my HVAC system and were completely unusable. I contacted customer service requesting a refund, but they refused, claiming that air filters are sold using “nominal sizes” (rounded-up label sizes). That explanation makes absolutely no sense. My AC person in Florida recommended Filterbuy to me for my ac. I trust him to not steer me wrong and ordered a year's worth of filters (I hate going to the store). I was pleasantly surprised the ordering was easy, they arrived quickly and the quality was great. However, I ordered a year's supply (I'm a saver) but set myself up for quarterly deliveries. Settled thru credit card dispute. My money refunded. Read on to explain problem. Misleading. I purchased six HVAC filters from Filterbuy using their website’s brand and size navigation (Google search → Filterbuy → MERV 11 → Shop by Brand → Lennox → 16x25x5). 1 star I had a very disappointing experience with Filterbuy. I ordered an HVAC filter and it was delivered a day later, left outside on my porch in flimsy plastic with no box or protection. It rained shortly after delivery, and when I got home about an hour later the filter was wet and warped. A warped filter is unusable, so I contacted customer service. I ordered a specific size filter that I have ordered before. Sent me wrong size. Never responded to numerous requests of their mistake.. No refund no response do not purchase from filterbuy. Can buy cheaper from other companies. They won't respond to numerous emails.. Crooked unresponsive company...USN Retired
