I didn’t realize I was in an autoship. With no notice of an impending shipment I received a notification for a charge for filters on my credit card. I called filterbuy immediately to cancel and was told I was too late to cancel and that I should refuse the shipment when it arrived. I did so and unfortunately didn’t notice they never credited my account. When I discovered this they refused to make it right. Ripped me off for 78$
Super convenient and always reliable. Their customer service chat is also top notch. Even when our order arrived incorrectly, new filters were shipped out within 10 minutes of closing the support chat. Then, they arrived 2 days later.
I purchased a pack of two AC filters from Filterbuy. They were shipped via UPS with no outer box, just the filters exposed, and they arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and they sent two replacement filters — shipped the exact same way — and those arrived damaged as well. After that, I was asked to ship the damaged filters back at my own time and inconvenience. FilterBuy suddenly shifted the colors of their filters. After receiving white filters for years, they sent me a bright blue filter when I “redordered” filters. I requested an exchange or refund, and they refused to provide any level of customer service. Very disappointing and unreasonable.
