I ordered a 6 pack of HVAC filters months ago, and the first shipment was sent to the wrong address because of an error on Filterbuy's end. Customer service acknowledged that this was their mistake and sent out a replacement. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. The replacement was sent, but I never received it. I ordered 15.75 x 16.75 x 2 MERV 11 custom filters for our Mitsubishi 3 Ton Heat Pump and they fit great. Not quite sure why the Google Review Rating is only 2.9 out of 5 at this time because I got exactly what I ordered and could not be more satisfied.
Filters are poor quality and slightly smaller with half the amount of pleats than the same merv rated filter I’ve been using from 3M. Yes they are cheaper but you definitely get what you pay for in this case
I ordered through Amazon and the package was delivered to the wrong address. Rather than offer to refund or replace they ask me for proof. I sent proof and then they asked me if I walked around and checked with my neighbors. I told them I shouldn’t have to do that and then they asked me to confirm my address. 12 hours of back and fourth and not one mention of making it right on their end. Absolute waste of my time and money.
I couldn't be more pleased. My email inquiry was responded to in less than 24 hours; the customer service representative, Ivy, was awesome, very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and kind. There were several email communications (lot's of questions on my part), she answered all of them the same way, professional and courteous. And NO it was not a AI or automated response, it was a real human. I am more than pleased with the filters, the cost and the exceptional customer service.
