Settled thru credit card dispute. My money refunded. Read on to explain problem. Misleading. I purchased six HVAC filters from Filterbuy using their website’s brand and size navigation (Google search → Filterbuy → MERV 11 → Shop by Brand → Lennox → 16x25x5). 1 star I had a very disappointing experience with Filterbuy. I ordered an HVAC filter and it was delivered a day later, left outside on my porch in flimsy plastic with no box or protection. It rained shortly after delivery, and when I got home about an hour later the filter was wet and warped. A warped filter is unusable, so I contacted customer service. I ordered a specific size filter that I have ordered before. Sent me wrong size. Never responded to numerous requests of their mistake.. No refund no response do not purchase from filterbuy. Can buy cheaper from other companies. They won't respond to numerous emails.. Crooked unresponsive company...USN Retired

I recently bought 2 different sizes (16x25x1 and 16x20x4) of air filters. I usually buy these filters at Home Depot or Lowes with no issue. After receiving them I found out that the filters can be different sizes than what is listed on the filter. I never noticed there are actually sizes of the filters, on the box, in smaller print. I ordered my filters. The delievery service delivered them in a place they could be stolen and of course they were taken. Both UPS and filterbuy will not refund my money. Filterbuy told me make a police report and deal with UPS. I will buy them at Amazon going forward. This added from their response. I recommend people use Amazon going forward they refund when mistakes happen and 2 3M filters of the same size are a dollar more.
