Shipping address was not confirmed at checkout and package was sent to wrong address. When inquired, no responsibility was taken and options suggested were PayPal or Credit Card dispute or shipping company package dispute. I currently don't have my filters and not satisfied with the site or service.
If I could give filter by a -10 star, I would worst customer service I’ve ever experienced for shipping the incorrect size filters to me. They want me to pay an eight dollar return fee out of my return instead of accommodating a customer that was willing to go on an auto ship. They’re willing to lose a customer. Do NOT buy the Filterbuy 20"x20"x1" Merv 13 filters. They are not manufactured to spec (19.5" x 19.5") ... 1/8" short on one side ... and create a noise in the air duct when your AC shuts down. (Its called filter popping) My 30 day Amazon return window has closed and there is no way to process a return or refund. Filterbuy is no help since the order was placed via Amazon. Lost me as a customer.
Zero stars if possible. Wow! I read ALL the poor reviews here about this company and felt no longer alone. They have 2 of the rudest most sarcastic women on the planet who are "customer service". They lied about their delivery time. They lie at their website about being able to cancel you order, if it has not been shipped yet. Zero responsibity taken. I ordered the wrong size. My old filter was dirty and needed to be replaced. They rushed a replacement and I got it within 48 hours. I will always use filter buy as long asI am living.
