Upon calling this company regarding my AC not working on a Saturday, I was put on hold for about 10 minutes before the representative came back and told me no one was available to come out that day. The representative also told me they would "waive the service fee" of $99 due to not having anyone available that day. The representative also told me that the $99 service fee would be deducted from the total repair cost so having it "waived" did not make quite sense to me as I knew I needed repair work as my unit was not working... read more
