Delivered wrong filter. Will not return my call. Melissa will not return my emails. Disputed charge with credit card company. Rare to find a company with such poor customer service. Will order filters from Home Depot going forward.

Filter factory outlet switched me over to Filter Girls without asking me. My first order with Filter girls back in 2021 was like 3 months late. I contacted them on social media and they responded and I got my delivery a few weeks later. My credit card was charged in mid December and it's almost mid April and my Filters have not shown up. Going to have to call my credit card company and do a charge back. It's not a huge amount of money but it's an annoyance. Come on....we expect this from California but not in Boise.

This company is terrible! They charged our credit card 2 months ago and have not delivered the filter. Left several voicemails on two different numbers and sent emails and they refuse to return phone calls or emails or our money. Years and years ago when it was just the filter factory we got set up on their delivery service. The last couple of years since the new ownership has taken over they have been terrible. I have used these guys for years. My house is very specific for size. I heard they closed and their daughters took over so when it was time to order I called and talked to a gentleman there at their new office. Ordered the size I needed they had the same information in the system and my contact information. I didn't hear anything back from almost 2 months so I called and was told that they would be done in a couple days due to supply issues. But the order would be completed in 2 days. This company is a scam! Bought 2 filters a month ago and I'll never see them! Can't reach them no matter how hard I try. DON'T GIVE THEM A DIME OF YOUR MONEY!
