2nd time going here received something on my sandwich that I did not ask for ,also for a 20.00 paninne very skimpy my wife order a tomato and mozzarella which had 1 slice of tomato also skimpy. You lost me has a customer which I frequent the staten island shops which I will continue. For the prices don't skimp
Extremely disappointing chicken cutlet sandwich. The bread was dry and falling apart, the chicken cutlet was greasy, tough, and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. The lettuce was wilted and soggy, and the whole sandwich was poorly assembled and messy. The presentation was honestly unappetizing, and the quality just wasn’t there. This location has nothing on the Staten Island location. The difference in quality is huge. For the price, I expected much better. Definitely wouldn’t order this again.

Amazing place with fresh and tasty (really Italian) food! Friendly personnel, big portions and incredible capuccino! Must visit
