Just closed on a house with Filo! I worked with Allen and Amber, both of whom made the process very easy on me. They were quick to respond to questions, and to let me know when I had some paperwork that needed to be completed. All the documents were tracked online in the portal making it very easy for me to keep up with them. Overall the process was very quick and straightforward! I would highly recommend Filo as a lender.
Allen Hurst and the Filo team were exceptional. Allen is always easy to get a hold of to include Sundays. Always very helpful, answered any questions, provided tips, and very transparent. Highly recommend!
My experience with FILO and particularly with my loan officer Mindy May was fantastic. The rates and fees were better than other lenders I had contacted, and so was the FILO loan process. Mindy was professional, personable, and even fun to work with on our loan. She was always available by text or phone, and she (and her team) all provided top notch service from start to finish (which by the way, was an under 30 day close!).
