This photographer shot our wedding in end of 2019 and till this day we have not received our product. We emailed with no response... Called with no answer on many many occasions. Finally found the photographer who then told us some story about his assistant leaving (but why didn't you contact us with whatever you needed to deliver is beyond me) and told us to email him whatever was missing to complete our order.
