I called Dan to come to my house to look and and measure the space so that he could provide us with a quote. I was informed that I had to measure the windows myself and send the measurements to him via text. When I questioned this practice, he told me it was a good idea to find someone else to complete the job. I guess 4 windows and a patio door was not worth his time. I was expecting better customer service from someone who has been in the industry 20+years as advertised on his website.
It was a true pleasure working with Dan from start to finish. He was highly responsive, honest, and efficient throughout the entire process. He recommended a window film that was perfectly suited to our needs and installed it seamlessly—even on some of our more difficult-to-reach windows. We highly recommend Film FX and would gladly choose them again for any future projects!

I googled window film and “FilmFX” showed up. I had tried unsuccessfully to get a couple of other companies to show up to give me a quote. So, I tried FilmFX and the owner – Dan answered the phone while on holidays. I provided Dan with all my window measurement in an email. Wow is all i can say, what a difference the window film has made in my barbershop! Thank you so much for the flawless experience. Dan and his team walked in and worked while i was still conducting business cutting hair and had just had a removal of a structure from the window he was working on done moments before his arrival (safe to say not ideal conditions).
