If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT WORK HERE. Terrible management. Unequal treatment towards employees. And they do not adhere to their own policies. They work on a point system..and you are supposed to be allowed 10 points per year before termination. During their most recent meeting with employees aboutabout new point system we were told that it applied to EVERYBODY..regardless of how long you've been there. I was terminated after 2 and a half points. Which was only supposed to be a write-up. Which is technically l... read more

I really like working at Fill tech. A nice clean place to work. Plan to be there until I retire if the good lord lets me
