I took a handful of the knitting classes, I am a complete beginner, the instructor was patient and calm and took ample time to explain and demonstrate the process to me and the other students as needed. Students at the class came from various levels of beginner and understanding and each had enough time to practice and move forward with the assignment we were tasked with. Similar experience to other reviews below. I was really excited to come to this shop and look at their selection, and they have a great selection! But one of the people who works here is incredibly rude and unkind. If you ask her questions or ask for help, she rolls her eyes and looks at you as if you’re bothering her. I wish this was a shop I could come back to consistently, but I felt so uncomfortable last time, I just bought my yarn quickly and left.

I went with a friend to this yarn shop for the first time and the shop was cute, and had a nice selection, but who I assume was the owner a woman I think was named Renee or Ramona, was terribly rude to me, and I’m really not sure why. So I ended up leaving and purchasing the items I went in for online instead. I wanted to support this local business, but sadly I’ll never return.
