Similar experience to other reviews below. I was really excited to come to this shop and look at their selection, and they have a great selection! But one of the people who works here is incredibly rude and unkind. If you ask her questions or ask for help, she rolls her eyes and looks at you as if you’re bothering her. I wish this was a shop I could come back to consistently, but I felt so uncomfortable last time, I just bought my yarn quickly and left.

I went with a friend to this yarn shop for the first time and the shop was cute, and had a nice selection, but who I assume was the owner a woman I think was named Renee or Ramona, was terribly rude to me, and I’m really not sure why. So I ended up leaving and purchasing the items I went in for online instead. I wanted to support this local business, but sadly I’ll never return.

I was looking for a particular color and weight of yarn and was hoping to get some help with my dilemma. Not nope. That was happening from the beginning. The sales person seemed very bothered by me and my questions. She was not helpful at all and was so bothered by my questions that she would actually yawn and look very bored with my questions and her job. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name.
