Friendly staff. Minimal waiting time. Good communication. Very satisfied.
I wasn't pleased with that Doctor! She wasn't friendly at all! I didn't feel welcomed or appreciated that I chose that office for service! She treated me like I was a bother to her! I usually speak my mind but was not going to argue with her because I waited too long to be seen! Won't go there again!
I have had two different, if not three different, techs during my visits to Dr. Woodard. They all were condescending, dismissive, and patronizing. Obviously Dr. Woodard tolerates this behavior. Medical providers are only as good as their front crew. If they feel threatened by simple questions, how do they treat people who are losing their vision and who are scared? Dr. Woodard has a serious problem in her office. I've given her a solid chance. I will never go there again.
Too long of a waiting time...my appointment was at 9:00, and I was not called in until 10:30 and not leave until 11:00 Otherwise everybody was great!
