Negative experience both times . We visited . Valley location also triviz location.
I moved here from a big city and knew things would be different but what I was told over the phone and what happened was two different things. If you go in for a check up, it’s extra for a contact lens prescription and then extra after that for an eyeglass prescription. I have been wearing both for years. And have never ever had that EVER! What really upset me was they told me over the phone I would not have to have my eyes dilated then told the only way I could get a prescription was to have them dilated. They never answer there phone or contact or communicate with patients. What’s going on here . You literally have to drive down and talk to them in person or have Deming schedule you. Losing confidence in this branch
