I have been a patient here for over 10 years. Have new health insurance and brought card to appointment. Associate performing registration couldn’t find it even though I physically had the card! After 10-15 minutes of her trying to find it and me showing her the card and me getting reprimanded by another member of the office staff to move back (when I was wearing a mask) so she could see the card so we could figure this out.
