Steve was highly recommended by a good friend to help me sell my boat . He made selling the boat easy and dealt with the buyers needs which can be difficult to say the least . Steve is very knowledgeable of the market and really knows the mechanics of boats which helps the buyer and seller in this competitive boat market . I also really appreciated the time he took with helping prepare the boat . I would definitely use him and his team again and highly recommend him to others .

Weak on communication. Didn't formalize my offer to the seller just discussed it with them and failed to get back to me. I had to ask about it. I would have been better off working with the owner directly. Note: I have a strong bias against brokers in general for just this reason
