Very honest person will not take money upfront from anyone .When job is completed the home owner can then go over job and pay has worked for the finest people in Harpersferry of u wpuid like to see somework visit the Bolivar ark and check out the spring house and the engraved plaque with james fillinger on it his work is beautiful and everyone has a chance to to go over contract with james befor starting also he prefers owner to pick owne supplies so if u need work done and a honest person come talk to the owner
I wish I could leave negative stars! This guy is a crock and a robber. He takes advantage of people and rips you off. The work is fine but he is WAY over priced. You think you are getting one thing then he goes as cheap as possible! Would not recommend him to my worst enemies.
