I never thought we would have this quality of fish and unique flavors on this side of town. The fish was really fresh and the flavors were deep and perfect. The service was great, they staff were friendly and provided information about each dish. I loved their wagyu and yellowtail carpaccios. Also the pecorino toro was exceptional! We will definitely come back here! Affordable high end sushi!
We had an amazing meal at Fillet Sushi with our family. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and had a simplistic, natural feel to it. We started with the crispy okra, toro nori tacos and black cod butter lettuce wrap. The flavors were perfectly balanced and unique. We have never had fried okra before but it was light and crispy. Went there on a Saturday for lunch at noon. We were the only patrons for the majority of our time there so service was attentive. The food was good, but know that there is an 18% mandatory service fee
Easily best sushi in San Gabriel Valley!
Amazing time with great food and service was great. I enjoy the Waygu and Sea Bass
