have ordered a part and it is lost in shipping, (tracking showed it left there but never arrived at the next stop) we have tried contacting through website to see how we can either get another part sent or get a refund, we are unable to speak to someone directly - their phone says to email or submit form on line, we have tried both of these things with no response at all.
