Rather incredibly disappointed to have been charged an additional $14.59 "Environmental Shop Supplies Charge" added on top of an already excessive $133.88 charge to have them hook up a scanner tool to reprogram my car's key FOB & respective WIN node controlled by the key. . . took 'em a whole week just to get around to the vehicle, in the meanwhile, I was greatly inconvenienced by what took a matter of but just mere minutes and NO shop supplies consumed in the process. . . they don't call 'em "Stealerships" without reason!!!... read more
