Went in “knowing” my in tank fuel pump was bad. I knew this because I am an expert mechanic thru ChatGPT and google. The guy at Filback said sure we can put a new one in. About 1100 all said and done. The service guy says we will put one in but maybe let’s diagnose it first. 159. I said ok why not they will find the same thing. Well they send me a video of a basic inspection and find ball joint bad, and damn was it bad. They test the truck over two days and find nothing wrong with engine. Outstanding. I bought my Bronco here so came for service. Went to Viroqua before. I am very impressed with the friendliness and phone notifications. I knew I had no problems right away since I watched the video. Very fast! Definitely my service place now.
