We love the people at Fillback Ford Family in Prairie Du Chien. We have always had a great experience with them when we brought our truck in for repairs. Yesterday, May 1st, we purchased a Ford Bronco and Julie was exceptional in helping us. She made the whole experience very pleasant. The whole team gets an A+ from my husband and I. If you need a Ford vehicle or repairs done, we highly recommend visiting the crew at Fillback Family in Prairie Du Chien!
My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Fillback in Prairie du Chien! I am not a fan of vehicle shopping but from the moment we walked in, Julie made things so easy and comfortable. We didn't feel pressured at all and when we finally decided we were ready to buy we knew we were buying from Julie! It was like buying a car from an old friend!
My recent truck purchase at Fillback was easy and everyone knew what were doing and got it done in a timely manner. Price was good. Just wish Ford still made a simple truck without all of the automatic, electronic stuff.
Last time I'll buy a vehicle from this place.
