Awful service on my oil change took forever almost 2 hours and that’s ridiculous my wife was waiting at Walmart and I thought it was gonna be 30-45 mins like they said but no it was awful and they wouldn’t even give me a car to drive to Walmart to be with my wife AWFUL service 1 Star is saying to much
I found the truck I wanted on line and sent in a message. Within an hour I got a phone call and a test drive set up. Julie was amazing to work with! We have purchased three vehicles from them over the last few years and have been very satisfied with each.
I bought my car from Fillbacks and have had nothing but issues. They only gave me one key fob because they "lost" the second one. They're the only ones I've had work on the tires but stripped one of the lug nut bolts. Wanted to charge me $225 to replace it. Was able to get in somewhere else for only $67. Overpriced and always coming up with issues the car didn't have before they work on it.
