Worst customer service, they lack actual knowledge. The shelves are always empty due to the lack of understanding how to do inventory. The staff is extremely rude and standoffish. The managers are just as bad. I am not sure who I'd running this place, but I'd gladly take their job and turn the place around. I'll never return and have made sure many others don't as well.
The Silverdale extension has one of the BEST staffs around when it comes to their guests. ESPECIALLY Raven! She's always asking how things are going before I place my order.
I love this place! Good Variety & great prices with killer deals! My favorite bud tender is Skoob! He is so polite and he helps me find exactly what I need every time !
