Alex and Bobby were able to repair my Truma aquago in less than 2 hrs! Highly communicative, Filirus and Beam kept me informed all thru the process. They were able to order the parts and fix the problem within 1 week of contacting them! They cleaned up their work and left my camper better than they found it! 2 thumbs up! Highly recommended!
The Filirus team answered my call and we scheduled a date for them to come diagnose a plumbing issue on our travel trailer. They had the necessary parts to fix the issue at their warehouse and came back the following day to repair the issue. They even took the time to teach a novice RV owner how to winterize the unit. Everyone was courteous, very knowledgeable, and I believe pricing is very fair. I will definitely be a returning customer if issues arise in the future.
Highly recommend this company, Bobby has been to my camper multiple times and never disappoints, always finds the problem fast and gets the job done in a timely manner.
We have used this company 3 times, and each time the service is better and better. They do everything right in your driveway. We got all 4 slide toppers replaced a generator breaker and a transfer switch. Prices are always reasonable and the work is done at your convinience. Thank you Alex and Bobby.
Called Filirus and Beam and talked with Alexi. He was what I would say old school service. He catered to my timeline, was responsive to communication, and bent over backward to ensure my repair was covered by warranty. You don't find honest, hard working mechanics often (coming from a mechanic) so when you do, hold on to their number! He worked an AC problem with the manufacture and went so far as to grab a spare to ensure if they didn't get him the replacement in time I could still have AC on our planned trip.
