This neighborhood favorite of students, yuppies and locals serves up heaping portions of pasta topped with a variety of well-made sauces from Fettuccine Alfredo to Tortellini al Pesto to Spaghetti Bolognese. Decent place. Kind of scares me. Good olive oil and appetizers. Pasta and seafood are pretty good here. However sadly the family next to us didn't have such a great experience. The waiter dropped an ENTIRE plate of food on the guy. The whole restaurant went silent. Wouldn't want to have been either of them at that moment.
Solid Neighborhood Dinning I frequently eat at this cozy little Italian place. the service is great, pasta is great and the salads are fresh with generous portions. The beet salad and the squash ravioli are my favorite. I like that you can eat in doors or outdoors. it's walking distance from BART and my house.

Delicious food, but... – ...during one visit (while sitting outside) we had to wait for our check for 35 minutes. We simply could not get the attention of the waiter! Most of the time the service is just ok - nothing great. But when it's bad... As for the food: The pasta dishes are always good - my favorite being the Gamelli Polli. The salads are great also. The salad/pasta lunch specials are a nice bargain. The food is always consistent...it's the service that needs improving.
