I stopped in on Sept 1, 2025 looking to get a soak off. The tech said there was no one available at this time and they only take appointments. I said okay perfect can I make one for tomorrow? She said umm actually I don't do soak offs. So it went from no one was available to l need an appointment to you don't do soak offs?!?! So if someone comes in with their nails hanging off you are going to fill that in or pop it off or what? Everyone in the shop was just staring at me not sure why it was very odd and weird in there.
I am very picky about my feet since I have had diabetes more than 30 years. I can no longer reach my own feet easily and am afraid to cut my own toenails. I need very basic pedicure services, with extra careful sanitation and extra care overall. I feel totally pampered by Nikki! She is meticulous about cleanliness and cuts my nails exactly as I want them. Although my feet are never going to look truly lovely again, Nikki makes them look neat and well-groomed, which is exactly what I want.
Shop is clean, with friendly technicians. My technician took her time & listened to my concerns about my nails & the style I wanted. I’ll definitely be back.
