False Advertising. They say its free, then turn around and charge you $79+. Ontop of that, the site doesnt work worth a shit. Plugged in my numbers and tried to continue and the website logged me out and didnt save anything. Then wouldnt let me even edit my numbers to fix it. I've been using this site for years, get ur shit together.
If you get everything right the first time, this is an acceptable way to file your taxes for free. I came here because a coworker recommended it and it's linked on the IRS website. Since it DOES work, I can't give it lower than 3 stars. BUT this website is PAINFUL to use. There is no unified menu that gives you easy access to different webpages (I'm reminded of badly designed 2000s webpages using this website).
