This is the worst website for filling your taxes. DO NOT FILE THIS WAY. I submitted our taxes and our returns were rejected. Errors were flagged with social security numbers and birthdays. I double checked, all were correct. Errors would not go away. We had to file with one of the bigger, more reputable websites, H&R Block. Fileyourtaxes.com refused to refund our money. Total crap.
Don't use this company!!! I found them on IRS.gov as a free filing option. I filed my federal which was free then I had two state returns..I authorized them to file one of the state returns for $53 but they charged me for both returns even though I needed to go back and edit the second state return and did not check the file return option. Then when I called them they confirmed that they did not file the second state return but they charged me anyway. I use this website to file my taxes and every year I'm so grateful it exists. I can easily access my information from previous returns, pertinent information can be prefilled, and it is free because of my level of income. There is also a lot of information available on their help page if you're confused about what forms they can file, etc. 10/10 would recommend.
