Very frustrating experience. I had used this service in the past to file for free, was getting a bunch of emails about how I could file for free here too. Completed my multi-state tax return which was a huge pain in the but and only at the very end, after I already had to pay the state of CA $280 bucks, they hit me with $155 charge to use their services because "my income was too high".
