My experience with Filevine has been atrocious. It started with what can only be described as deliberate misrepresentations during the sales process. They do a demo of a product and then you get your product and it's nothing like what they promised. Here's a glaring example: I go into the system to start keeping time and send out invoices and I can't get into the billing section. When I report the problem, I'm told that billing isn't available because it's in beta mode. So...I can't use the system for one of the key function... read more

WARNING!!! Do not waste your time with this company! Terrible customer service and extremely expensive! We never even received a working product from them and they still won’t give our firm our money back! Next stop, complaint to the BBB! Update: We still have not gotten our money back. I'm speaking as an ex-employee here. As a company, Filevine is great. They have their flaws for sure, but overall they're pretty okay. They certainly do their best to take care of their customers. From a product perspective - If you are a Law Firm I would revise my review to 5 stars. This is absolutely the best product for your firm to be on. If you're not a law firm it's more like 2 stars.
