The service began well and the wine and martini were very good. But this is a steak restaurant and the steak was terrible. It was warm not hot and more than 60% of the 12 oz rib eye was heavy fat. I spoke to the waiter and said I was not happy. Another employee who did not identify herself asked me if I wanted another steak or a different cut of meat. Me and my friends came into this restaurant thinking it was going to be a great experience and it was not… we sat down and ordered and waited almost and hour and forty five minutes or longer to see our entrees , it was only three other tables when we walked in. When we talked to the waitress about it she said “fine dining takes longer” which was super passive aggressive and a degrading tone, she did not check in on us , or clean our table from our dirty appetizer plates. Alan was the most excellent. Seriously, I’d come back just to visit him!!! The most exceptional service and made us feel so welcome.
Had a great experience here with our party of 5! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing — every dish at the table was delicious and beautifully prepared. You can really tell they care about both the service and the overall dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!
Just had the grouper street tacos. DEE-LI—CIOUS!!! Chef Toby is outstanding! The wait staff are knowledgeable and attentive in the best way. Great place to be. Seriously, don’t wait, get the street tacos while you can. They are amazing!
