We recently bought a new Kitchen Aid oven microwave combo that ended up being defective after weeks of no response from Filco we contacted Kitchen Aid who said all they could do is send out a repair company and have it repaired. If we wanted a new one or a refund we would need to contact Filco after several attempts finally got hold of the store manger who told me i had to deal with Kitchen Aid liar.
