Superior service. Vern is 100% honest, super smart guy. Excellent work. From now on we won't take the car anywhere else.
Usually have good experiences here but my last experience was not that great. I was charged 85 dollars for inspection going rate is anywhere from 46 to 75 dollars. Oil change was 134 going rate Usually 75 to 100 dollars. Air filter was changed without my approval. Also changed 5% for shop supplies which also above industry average. Small shop with dealership prices.
Always curtious and explains things well. Never feel like we are getting ripped off! They are very honest
Filchner's Garage is a great place to have work done. They were able to get my rear brake and rotors done within a week of reaching out to them. Also Vern did a great job of inspecting my car and letting me know what I would be needing before I got my inspection in a couple months. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.
