My mom had used Ann’s caregiving service for at least 10 years off and on. When Mom had special requests Ann tried her best to fulfill her wishes, and even when Mom was in the hospital at various times the caregivers would go visit her there. Also Ann was very responsive when Mom needed someone last minute and always came through with a caregiver. If one of the caregivers couldn’t show up Ann was always quick to provide a replacement. The caregivers were nice and competent.
Filcare Management has been a lifesaver for our family. We started using them approximately 5 yrs ago to care for our Mom so she would be able to continue to live at home. We started out with 2-3 days a week for 4hrs. Eventually, we had two woman sharing 7 days a week, 12hrs a day. It worked out perfectly for us. They have been like family to our Mom and to us.
Filcare took care of my aging parents, including my Mom who had dementia. The caregivers were wonderful. They always came for their shift, they were caring and loving. Care givers prepared meals, did light house keeping, entertained and provided excellent nursing care. The office was easy to deal with and very responsive via text or email. I would highly recommend Filcare for nursing care.

After our mom was hospitalized, we needed care for my mom and dad. Filcare was very understanding of our situation between my mom’s health issues and my dad’s loss of memory. Each of our caregivers that come during the week and weekends are very loving, pay attention to detail with our parents needs and medications. They communicate well with us kids.
