Amazing customer service and knowledge from their sales reps. Very professional and genuinely cared about customers needs. The process of buying a new car though them, and Doug specifically, was easy and enjoyable. A great bloke to chat with and a wealth of experience. Would highly recommend popping in and having a chat. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have had an ongoing warranty claim that has not been resolved over a period of 12months. I understand that filbys can only do as directed by manufacturer. This being said the staff in the service department have been rude and really showed no customer care. They passed me onto Emily (guest experience/marketing manager) when I quoted some consumer law. Emily said she would ring me within 24 hours to provide an update. That was 8 days ago. Good service.
I booked online (as directed by Mike Carney Toyota) for my new vehicle complimentary inspection. As per Toyota National guidelines, I have 2 months to book this in from date of delivery (23rd May). This is stated in the purchase agreement, the log book and windscreen sticker. I received a call from Proserpine Filby's (Natalie), who was extremely rude, spoke over the top of me and refused to let me book on the date I had requested, as she insisted it needed to be done within a month.
