We picked up our Kinto hire car here and I wasn't sure whereabouts the car was parked. Lovely lady at the reception counter was so friendly and helpful, mechanic had to have a quick look at the car. He was great, friendly, helpful and explained everything to give us peace of mind. If the rest of the staff are as nice as these 2, youd buy a car here in a heart beat.
Amazing customer service and knowledge from their sales reps. Very professional and genuinely cared about customers needs. The process of buying a new car though them, and Doug specifically, was easy and enjoyable. A great bloke to chat with and a wealth of experience. Would highly recommend popping in and having a chat. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have had an ongoing warranty claim that has not been resolved over a period of 12months. I understand that filbys can only do as directed by manufacturer. This being said the staff in the service department have been rude and really showed no customer care. They passed me onto Emily (guest experience/marketing manager) when I quoted some consumer law. Emily said she would ring me within 24 hours to provide an update. That was 8 days ago.
