I have never given a company a bad review before. I am just not in the habit of putting companies down, However, I am totally disgusted with the disrespect shown to my vehicle. I have a 2023 Mahindra Scorpio, which went in for its 10,000-mile service. Terrible customer service in the service department (have found parts are pretty good). Car was in for a service I asked them to check out a few issues. They called me twice during the service to bring my attention to other issues. The 2nd call I asked about one of the issues where the lady told me “they’ll get to it when they get to it” (pretty rudely but whatever).
