My parents had called to have someone check to see where a leak could be, since having water on the floor for weeks. The company came out to check the pump they had put in a few weeks back and for leaking pipes. Said there was no leak, blamed their new dehumidifier. Days later we had finally found the leak in a copper pipe. Paid $200 for no answers. Pump install was great, leak check not so much.
Recently had Filan and Conner come out to fix some faulty gas lines. They were easy to deal with and have fair pricing. The technician Buck who completed the job was fantastic. He was professional and courteous. He treated my home as if it was his own. He also easily explained the work needed to be done in a way I could understand. After the work was completed, he walked me through the repairs he made, they were extremely thorough. I couldn't recommend this company enough!
We have been using Filan & Conner for plumbing services at the recommendation of our former plumber, who retired. They have always done a thorough job and are fair priced. Each time we've had different member of their plumbing staff but they've all been really good, skilled, and friendly. Will continue to use them for as long as we can. Prompt, excellent workmanship, reasonable price. I would recommend.
Because of a bad leak, we had our kitchen faucet and p-trap replaced. Filan & Conner dispatched someone quickly and discovered the problem. The worker was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and completed the work efficiently. We are so happy with the end result!
