Same issue - saved two boxes worth of cores. Shipped March 28 2016. Says 6-8 weeks to process. Today is 9/12/16. Nothing for the effort. They accepted the boxes but did not compensate. Echo "shame on you"
rip for rebate! They have return labels in every box but when you return the end products with magnets back to them they tell you we dont't do that anymore. too bad you just sent them back for no reason. They don't take into effect how you made sure to save every one (about 500) and make sure not to throw any out. lot of effort and no satisfaction shame on you.
