The service was very disappointing and extremely slow. Whenever we asked a specific member of staff for something, she either didn’t respond or simply didn’t attend to us, and we spent a very long time waiting to be served. When the food finally arrived, the taste was good, but the meat was cold and the picanha was extremely thin. Overall, the experience definitely wasn’t worth the price. Four people paid around 150, and unfortunately, we didn’t feel it was good value for money at all.
Comida maravilhosa, sa de l muito feliz! E fui muito bem atendida por uma moa chamada Aline, MUITO simpatica e prestativa!
The food is an excellent reason to come but to watch the waitress (Alina) handle seven tables and two people seated at the bar without a pad and pen or an electronic device, get everything right and keep everyone happy and with a genuine smile on her face is astonishing. We will 100% be returning.
Aline maravilhosa tudo de maravilhoso no Filo 💘
Fantastic value for money, good was superb and authentic
