First truck had stuff hanging from under it. Second truck was inaccurate on its fuel level. Had to do a second transaction and wait 4 days to get money back from first transaction. And the 1st truck was still showing open and mileage hadn't been charged right so U-haul was trying to charge me for 1,000 miles on a truck I never actually took anywhere. Fortunately the lady at my ending destination in Moses Lake was able to fix it. I am giving it a 3 despite all this because The lady at Fikes did everything she could from here ... read more
