The University Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine inside FRC is top-notch!! The doctors and techs are well educated and treat a myriad of acute injuries and rehab needs. The resources available to them and their expertise are paired for your best possible outcome. The FRC staff, facility, and location are excellent as well. They are friendly and welcoming, there are plenty of machines available, and it's super easy to get to Fike.
Gym is solid, but management is horrific and consistently promotes and participates in work place gossip not to mention shows highly preferential treatment to certain employees.
Rude and selfish workers I’ve ever seen with the very least quality of services. Disappointing 😔
I started going to planet fitness down the road since Clemson doesn’t want to expand the gym experience. My workout session takes 45 minutes but I spend 2 hours here waiting on my turn to use equipment. If you’re serious about working out don’t come here. If you’re serious about picking up gym girls for a one night stand and waiting around to use equipment or flex to others this is your place now.
