Useless communication never answer phone calls or respond to voice messages and text messages. All they care about is signing you up for your money they have no consideration for their members wouldn't recommend signing up
I called their number several times, but no one ever picked up. I even messaged them on Instagram and got no response, despite them being active and posting stories online. The weekly fees were high, and when I asked about adding my 13-year-old son, they told me it’d be $20 a week just for him. I was done with it and canceled my membership lol then I joined Focus Fitness New lynn where it’s only $20 a week and you can bring a friend or anyone else for free, and they’ve got more gym equipment plus a sauna.
