Lol - flabbergastingly poor customer service. Way too uptight for a cannabis store. CS is not easy so one subar experience is not at all a big deal but when it happens twice in a row... well, basically I won't be returning. First experience - I had a larger purchase and made a mistake by pointing to the incorrect item in one instance. I already cashed out but right after I noticed I got the wrong item.
