I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at Fika in the Distillery District on August 7 around 8:30 PM. My husband couldn’t come inside because he didn’t have his ID, so I went in alone to purchase a cannabis drink. I asked the staff member if I could pay cash, and he said yes. I didn’t have exact change, so my husband passed me a $10 bill from outside. Was our first time in a canadian dispensary! The store is beautiful, never seen anything like it. Naya was patient and explained everything to us, we left feeling well informed We don’t have anything like this back home so was nice to experience this!!
RUDE STAFF-The guy last Friday made us wait 10 mins while he did the recycling. Then despite that and that we were the first there, he interrupted our conversation in mid order, to service another customer and shrugged when we called it out. We left because I have never been treated so rudely. Never had a problem anywhere anytime else!
