This gym doesn’t even deserve one star. They are THIEVES. Do not support their establishment. They have horrible management & can’t keep the same manager for long which makes the training of their employees terrible & inconsistent. When I was pressured to sign up for a month to month membership after taking a free week long class package there, I told the trainer that I would be moving out of state soon. FIIT Nation classes were great when I was going. However, trying to cancel was super difficult. The first time I went in to cancel, the entire lobby was full of people and I had to explain in front if everyone (coaches and members) why I was wanting to cancel and got quite a bit of grief from the coaches in the lobby at the time for it. Please think twice about joining this gym. It was good at the beginning but all the good coaches left then, I was no longer able to keep going to the gym because of work and school sports for my kids and just life in general so I canceled my membership back in May and was told I would only be charged for June at a prorated rate….. welp… I’m still being charged.
