The management company cannot keep the front desk staffed, which hours are always changing, nor can they keep the elevators operational. One of the four elevators has been non-operational for over a year now. HOA fees increased by 12 percent this year, but the HOA is spending about $67,000 on lobby decor and furniture this year. I am so so happy with my hair. I LOVE this salon. They did exactly what I want with my hair and they were so kind and I recommend it to everyone! They brought me tea and water and the tea was so good and they also brought me cookies because I was hungry. this is the best salon ever I would give it 6 stars if I could :)
