Poor communication.
Aftercare team is awful. They're not responsive, and the craftsmanship is bad. If they happen to decide to come repair, they only request access the afternoon before the day, and no choice of other dates, so it's only a notice, if you happen to be traveling or have to go out for work early, then your repair won't be done.
