Tammie has done more for me and my chronic pain, than the several doctors I’ve been to for arthritis and sciatica. They prescribe pills or surgery- but Tammy has helped me to improve my posture, as well as work muscle groups that have aligned me back into a balanced state. Excellent personal training custom and tailored to your body type and personal fitness goals. I've been training consistently for one year and I am exceeding my fitness goals. Tammie is compassionate, personable but professional. The studio is clean and welcoming. Great place!!!

If you are looking for a coach, look no further! Coach T is it. Full Stop. I have worked with her for years. She took my body from ground zero to the stage. The foundation (physical body and knowledge of my way around the gym) I owe to coach T. Her knowledge and encouragement can’t be beat.
